You'd be surprised how much of this you already do! 📝 Social Media has become a more controlled version of journalling as we document our lives and share of them with our loved ones. However, it's not always the best place to put down your thoughts. Creating a space for you to be your truest self without any fear of judgment or consequence is liberating. In that freedom you'll find the healing. Something shifts as you write down your thoughts and emotions. Sometimes a good "dump" on paper is all it takes and other times we are forced to articulate what exactly it is that we are feeling which helps us get to the truth... and as they say, the truth will set you free.
